How do revisions work?
Every plan includes structured revision rounds — 2 on Spark and Growth, 3 on Studio. You request changes on specific shots through your project dashboard, and we turn them around within 48 hours. Run out of rounds? Extra revision rounds cost $60 each.
Who owns the finished work?
You do. Growth and Studio plans include a full commercial license covering ads, broadcast, and resale of the final asset. Spark delivers a personal-and-social license — upgrade to full commercial rights at checkout. We never reuse your characters, scripts, or brand assets without written permission.
What is your refund policy?
Every plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee on unused time. If we haven't started production on your project, you get a full refund — no questions asked. Once production is underway, our commitment is revisions and delivery rather than a refund.
How long does a project take?
Spark projects deliver in about 3 days, Growth in 5, and Studio in 9. You'll see an exact delivery date the moment you place your order, and the Rush add-on moves delivery up by up to 2 days.
Is this a subscription or a per-project fee?
Per project, always. You pay one flat rate when you order — no monthly fees, no retainers, no auto-renewals — and the finished files are yours to keep forever. Teams shipping every month often ask us to scope a custom monthly plan; just say the word.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices are exclusive of VAT and any applicable sales tax, which are calculated and shown clearly at checkout. Business customers can add a VAT number to have the tax removed where allowed.
